There are no limits on the amount of forms, assets, inspections, etc. However, for uploading
documents to your resources folder we limit the amount to 5gb per paid user. There are
additional storage tiers that can be added on to your account that will be shared across all

Yes, the main functionality works offline and can be synced once online. This is handled by
viewing something or filling out a form a single time before you enter an area without
service. If you can imagine, every time you fill out a form or complete an inspection,
StreamTECH will save an offline template allowing you to repeat that action
whether or not you have service. However if you are offline some functionality is limited.
This includes:
- Access data you have never viewed before
- Pulling Reports (exporting individual items still works)
- Looking up other user's information
- Any "live" functionality (watching anything in real time)

We allow the 84 most common file types to be stored in StreamTECH. From
pdf, png, jpg, docx, etc. If there is a file type that you have that is unique that we
currently don't offer we can have our team add it into our system..

At the end of your subscription we offer a full off-boarding process. While we believe that
StreamTECH is the absolute best value in this space, we don't believe that locking you in to
our platform. Your data will remain on our servers for at least 90 after your subscription
comes to an end. At this point you can pay a small maintenance fee for us to maintain your
data on our servers for as long as you need. This fee varies from $5-$25/month depending on
how much data you have stored within our system. This allows you to always have access as
long as you need it without having to pay a full monthly subscription to keep it.
On top of this, we offer a variety of exports allowing you to take your data off of our
servers at any time. Almost all of our competitors work to lock you into their systems by
holding your data hostage. At StreamTECH we view your data as your property and as such
don't try to lock it away from you.

entered it. We will not use your data for advertising, research, or any other purposes. This
extends to how we treat you as a customer around your data, we do not lock you in to our
system using your data as a hostage to make sure that you continue subscribing.
